Tractor trailer overturns on Route 42 off-ramp, spills cargo

GLOUCESTER COUNTY, N.J. (WTXF) - A tractor-trailer overturned in South Jersey Friday morning, spilling its cargo into the roadway.

The tractor-trailer overturned on an exit ramp off of Route 42 in Gloucester County around 5 a.m.

The roof of the truck was ripped open during the crash, sending its cargo of paper towels into the road.

The on and off ramps, to and from Creek Road, were closed while crews worked to remove the overturned truck and clean up the mess.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly suggested using Route 130 to Brooklawn to get to Creek Road.
