Two men sought after armed home invasion in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - Police are looking for two suspects after an armed home invasion in North Philadelphia.

The incident happened on Lee Street after 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday night when a 27-year-old female was returning home and two unknown men approached her.

Police say one of the suspects pointed a hand gun at the victim, forcing her inside her home. Once inside, the suspect kept the victim and her children in the living room at gun point while the second suspect ransacked the rooms upstairs.

Investigators say the suspects took a Smith and Wesson handgun, $600, and an orange book back before fled in an unknown direction.
