Upper Chichester police search for 89-year-old man

Upper Chichester Twp (WTXF) - Upper Chichester Township police are searching for an 89-year-old man.

Police say Joseph Tarbutton has been missing since Saturday at noon and his health is a concern.

Tarbutton is described as 5'7" weighing 170 lbs. with gray hair and hazel eyes.

He may be operating a silver 2010 Toyota Tacoma with PA License "WR35788."
