LIVERPOOL, England (FOX NEWS) - People show love in different ways, but hardly ever this big or sentimental.

A man in England declared his love for his wife on their tenth anniversary with the help of a singing flashmob.

Carl Gilbertson enlisted the help of students of the Liverpool Media Academy to sing for his wife Laura, who has multiple sclerosis and uses a wheelchair.

Carl knelt by his wife's side and wiped away her tears during the powerful performance.
