Water main break slowing Regional Rail lines

CENTER CITY (WTXF) - A water main break in Center City is affecting SEPTA Regional Rail trains at Suburban Station.

Water was gushing out from 18th Street and JFK Boulevard, as viewer Kelsey Siano recorded midday Thursday.

SEPTA says trains are once again boarding from all Suburban Station platforms, but there may be delays of up to 20 minutes. SEPTA sent a picture of the water pouring down from stairs at one point.
