Woman arrested for 2 bank robberies in 2 days

The woman suspected in two bank robberies in two days is under arrest.

Hamilton Police say their investigation and help from the public led them to Josephine Sari of Chesterfield, NJ.

They arrested her Sunday evening.

The first of the robberies happened Friday at about 6:30pm at the TD Bank on Whitehorse-Hamilton Square Road. The robber handed a teller a note demanding money.

The second robbery happened the next day before 9am at the TD Bank on Quakerbridge Road. Again, the robber handed a teller a note demanding money.

There were no weapons in either incident and nobody was hurt, but the robber did get away with money before escaping, both times.

Sari is charged with robbery and related offenses, and she's being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
