PHILADELPHIA_ WTXF - The 76ers have been a punchline in NBA circles for quite a while. Now, popular animated sitcoms are getting in on the fun.

On Sunday night's episode of The Simpsons, which aired on FOX, the character Apu is working the register at a "Parade Supplies Blowout." Apu attempts to sell a bald customer a tube of sunblock for $30, and when the customer protests, Apu offers "a Philadelphia 76ers hat, which you could wear for free."
