Stop sign misspelled on California roadway

CHINO HILLS, CA- Transportation crews that installed a road sign in Chino Hills didn't "stop" to check the spelling.

The paint on the ground telling drivers to come to a halt reads out "s-t-p-o."

It didn't take neighbors long to notice the blunder.

The misspelling made even more obvious when juxtaposed right next to a correctly spelled stop sign.

Residents are now imploring city hall to come check out the typo.
