After the driver dropped her friend off, he allegedly offered to drive her home to New Jersey instead of to the PATH train that she planned to take.

She agreed, but quickly realized that the driver was not taking her where she wanted to go even after repeatedly telling him that he was going the wrong way.

Eventually, Xia claims she jumped out of the moving cab near an EZ-Pass toll where a female toll worker came to her aid.
