Driver busted for 12th DWI after going over 120 mph

LAS VEGAS, N.M. –  New Mexico State Police say a Las Vegas man has been arrested for his 12th DWI after driving more than 120 mph on Interstate 25.

They say 45-year-old Edward Moya was arrested Dec. 7 by an officer on patrol in San Miguel County.

The officer spotted the speeding car south of Las Vegas and says Moya tried multiple maneuvers including deliberately reversing his vehicle and ramming the patrol car.
