Capitol Police: `No nexus to terrorism' in Capitol complex incident

A woman struck a U.S. Capitol Police cruiser with a vehicle near the Capitol on Wednesday morning and was taken into custody, police said. Eva Malecki, Communications Director of the U.S. Capitol Police, spoke about the incident.
