PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Partly cloudy skies are expected to give way to increasing clouds with periods of rain this President's Day.
After a mild Monday, the Philadelphia area is slated for record-high temperatures, with Tuesday and Wednesday seeing highs of 69 and 73 respectively.
