Weather Authority: Mild Monday ahead of record-high temps

Partly cloudy skies are expected to give way to increasing clouds with periods of rain this President's Day.

After a mild Monday, the Philadelphia area is slated for record-high temperatures, with Tuesday and Wednesday seeing highs of 69 and 73 respectively.

Temperatures will fall down to the more seasonal 40s by the end of the week.
