PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (WTXF) - A light wintry mix will move into the region on Monday that may prove problematic for drivers.
Despite highs rising above freezing in a few places, the frozen ground will allow for a flash freeze of any precipitation. The afternoon commute will be impacted due to the timing of this system.
