Police ID man, woman fatally shot at North Philly party

Police are investigating following a triple shooting that two dead and one injured in North Philadelphia.

Just after midnight, officers arrived on the scene at 19th and Diamond Streets, where they say a shooter came out of the alleyway and opened fire on a suspected '4/20' party.

A 20-year-old woman who was shot in the back succumbed to her injuries at Temple University Hospital. The victim has since been identified as Viktoriya Manasyan, of Holland, Pa.

A 21-year-old man was shot in the head was transported to the hospital in critical condition, but the victim succumbed to his injuries Saturday morning. He has since been identified as Rashawn Tahir Miller, of Kingsessing.

Another 21-year-old man was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg and is listed in stable condition.

A fourth victim, a 23-year-old man, was transported to Taylor Hospital in Ridley Township with gunshot wounds to the leg. He is listed in stable condition.

The shooting took place just blocks away from Temple University's campus.

No arrests have been made at this time. This is an ongoing investigation.
