DJ Malcolm "Malc Geez" joined Fox 29 as "The Q" show DJ in August 2016.
Graduating from Martin Luther King High School in Philadelphia in 1999, Jenkins is a Philly native. Malc spent his adolescent years attending house parties in Germantown with his cousins, where his eye was always glued on the party's DJ. House parties, together with movie Juice, inspired to be a DJ himself. He began playing pretend DJ with his brother, who would rap along to Malc's beats.
Malc's career began by DJing the Millennial Skate World in Camden, New Jersey. He graduated from the skating rink in 2008 and moved onto underground radio at Drexel University. In 2010, he went mainstream with Blackcave Radio, 103 The Beat.
From 2011-2012, Malc spent his time on the road touring with rapper, Meek Mill. Eventually he found his way back to Philly, DJing alongside FOX 29's Quincy Harris on HOT 107.9.
After a station restructuring, he found himself without a job, doing his own gigs on the side. With more time to focus on his mixtapes, they grew larger and more popular. He got picked up by Power 99, where he still is working today, in addition to FOX 29.
When Malc isn't indulging in his passion for music, he's home with his wife, Erica, and two kids, Malcolm Jr. (13), and Mikayla (10). Besides the FOX 29 station, Malc's favorite spot in Philly is Penn's Landing in the summertime.
