New Jersey cutting gas tax by over 8 cents per gallon

FOX 29's Bill Anderson has more on a move to cut gas prices by more than 8 cents per gallon in New Jersey by October. Leaders say the uptick in consumption lead to the move to reduce the state's gas tax.
