PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia area is slated for a cool and cloudy Saturday after a week of excessive heat.
A few showers are expected to develop during the afternoon as the Made in America festival kicks off on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The weather should remain mostly dry, however, per FOX 29's Mike Masco.
Another heat wave is slated for next week. Storms are also expected to remain in the forecast through Monday or Tuesday.
