Pennsylvania kidnapping suspect captured in Wyoming

CASPER, Wyo. (AP) - Casper police have arrested a man who is wanted in Pennsylvania on suspicion of robbery and kidnapping.

Authorities say Marshall McGinty was arrested Wednesday while he was driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen.

The Casper Star-Tribune reports (http://tinyurl.com/ncw59s9 ) a criminal docket from Pennsylvania authorities shows McGinty faces charges of kidnapping, unlawful restraint, burglary, robbery, criminal trespassing, theft, assault, and reckless endangering.

State police in Pennsylvania say McGinty broke into a home, tied a man up at gunpoint and forced him to withdraw $60 from an ATM. They say McGinty then returned the man to his home between Pottsville and Reading and fled.

Pennsylvania authorities told Casper police that they had traced McGinty's cell phone to Casper and asked for help finding him.
