GERMANTOWN (WTXF) - Police are looking for the man who they say shot and killed a mother as she slept next to her 5-day-old baby in Germantown.
Tyrese Lynch, 33, remains at large after the alleged murder of his girlfriend, 24-year-old Isis Williams.
The shooting occurred on the 6300 block of North Woodstock Street around 4 a.m. Friday.
Police say Williams was shot multiple times in the second-floor bedroom of a home, just feet away from where her newborn child was sleeping in a crib. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
FOX 29’s Steve Keeley reports at least two bullet casings were found on the bedroom floor. Police say there appears to have been a struggle inside the home.
