#InFocus House Flipping High School Senior

Talk about a senior project! FOX 29's Bill Rohrer has a remarkable story about a high school senior who is flipping a house for school credit!

Senior Hannah Wolfram isn't one to back down from a big project.

Her biggest one yet, is all part of her Senior Project at the Kimberton Waldorf School.

She purchased the three bedroom one bath Pottstown home back in October for $30,000 and her goal is to increase the property value by the end of her assignment.

"Hannah always had this go big or go home philosophy so her mother and I have been trained at this point," said her father Allbert Wolfram, "The biggest thing is she isn't afraid to try. That's probably more than anything."

Hannah has a busy schedule to keep. She is the starting forward for her high school basketball team and is the supporting lead in the school play.

"I don't have much of a social life during the school year right now, I have been working constantly," Hannah admitted.

Hannah works mostly on the weekends, with the help of her family and friends, and for the most part she seems to have a handle on things.

"There will be so many things that are going on in life I won't need to call somebody to do, I will know how to fix it myself and there is something to be said for that," Hannah explained.

That is what confidence will do for an 18-year-old.
