Baby beaver outside subway stop becomes crowd stopper

WASHINGTON, DC (WTXF) - He's not your typical commuter. Folks found a baby beaver wandering outside a Washington Metro stop on Wednesday.

In fact, DCist reported the beaver drew quite a crowd near the Van Ness station in the northwest section of the city!

Seems the beaver was drawn to the fountain in the area.

Animal control officers captured him and released him back into the wild.
