BENSALEM, Pa. (FOX 29) - A car carrier overturned less than two hours after the I-95 Woodhaven exit ramp reopened after being repaired from a flipped tanker fire.
It happened around 5 p.m. Friday in the exact same spot.
No word on injuries at this time.
