Double shooting puts two victims in the hospital, say Philadelphia police

Philadelphia police are investigating a double shooting in Southwest Philly.

Authorities say the first victim, a 39-year-old male, was found outside on the 2600 block of South Hobson Street. Police responded to the call a little after 8:15 p.m. February 14. The man had been shot in the face and bicep. He reportedly told investigators he did not know the shooter.

Investigators say the second victim walked out of a residence on South Hobson and collapsed on a porch. He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.

The second victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital and was listed in critical condition.

The first victim was transported to Presbyterian Hospital. He was listed in stable condition.

Police say the investigation is on-going and no arrests have been made.
