Philly Spring Cleanup postponed due to weather

Philadelphia's spring makeover is going to have to wait a week.

A number of groups and volunteers have partnered together for the 11th Annual Philly Spring Cleanup.

Events were supposed to kick off Saturday but were postponed to next week due to weather.

Volunteers will be cleaning up garbage and planting gardens across the city.

Over the last eleven years, more than 675 volunteers have planted gardens, clearing thousands of pounds of garbage and recycling material from North Philadelphia streets.
