WARRINGTON, Pa. (WTXF) - A Pennsylvania man has surrendered to police after he was accused of groping two girls at a local Target store last week.
Scott Raila turned himself in to Warrington Township police Tuesday after he allegedly groped two teenage girls at a Target on Easton Road and a 12-year-old at a Target in Langhorne.
Authorities had released a surveillance photo of a suspect earlier this week who they later identified as Raila.
Raila has been charged with two counts of indecent assault and three counts of corruption of minors. He is also facing one count of indecent assault of a victim under 13.
