Residents say naked men are roaming around Bucks County

CROYDON, Pa. (FOX 29) - It's not something you see every day, naked men roaming around your neighborhood. Residents in Croydon, Bucks County, say that's what they are dealing with.

On Monday, Jeff Tore was making cheesesteaks and saw a man letting it all hang out on Bristol Pike.

"It's not every day you see someone like that walking through this neighborhood. I've been here all my life for 36 years. It's getting out of control," he told FOX 29.

One man was arrested by Bristol Township police in the parking lot next to the Croydon train station.

"Apparently, the guy was walking around fully nude. Walking down to see a rabbit and somebody called the cops," one resident said.

Just 2 days earlier, police arrested another man for breaking into a home and assaulting a woman. He also was seen earlier walking around Bucks County in the buff.

Since then, the naked man story has taken on a social media life of its own. Police tell FOX 29 jokesters on a "photoshop frenzy" are posting all kinds of memes and fake photos.

Police say most of the social media reports are hoaxes and thankfully are not seeing an uptick in naked wanderers.
