Police investigate fatal shooting in Ogontz section

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police are investigating a fatal shooting in the city's Ogontz section.

A little after 3 a.m. May 6, police were called to the 1500 block of Clearview Street on the report of "person with a gun."

After police arrived, they discovered a 44-year-old unresponsive man, lying in a yard, with gunshot wounds.

The man was pronounced dead shortly before 3:30 a.m.

The investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made.
