Fatal shooting victim dropped off at hospital; driver sought

Police are investigating after a shooting victim was dropped off at a hospital in Frankford on Saturday.

Officers responded to Jefferson Frankford Hospital just after 5:30 p.m..

Police say the victim, 25-year-old Duane Hicks, had been shot four times and was dropped off by a person or persons in a black Dodge Charger. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead a short time later.

Officers then responded to the 2000 block of Wilmot Street around 8 p.m. to investigate a shooting.

Authorities determined Wilmot Street was the location where Hicks had been shot.

This is an ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made at this time.
