DiNardo previously admitted to his part in the killings and gave information about the whereabouts of one of the victim's remains in exchange for prosecutors not seeking the death penalty. Investigators found the bodies of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro, 22-year-old Mark Sturgis, 21-year-old Tom Meo and 19-year-old Jimi Taro Patrick on DiNardo's family farm in Solebury Township in July.

Investigators say all four of the men were shot dead on a sprawling property, and three of them were buried deep in the ground inside an oil tank. The body of Jimi Taro Patrick was found on a different part of the property.

Additional charges against both men include conspiracy, robbery, abuse of a corpse, and possession of an instrument of crime.
