Wilmington police locate missing 9-year-old boy

WILMINGTON, Del. (FOX 29) - Police in Wilmington say they have located a 9-year-old boy who was reported missing last week

Quran Stanford was reported missing last week, but police say they did not believe he was in danger at the time.
