Police say they are investigating two fatal shootings in Hamilton Township.

"When I pulled the curtain back, I heard the gunshots. It was as if the guy was looking up at me at the window right here," Robert Coleman told FOX 29.

Coleman shows where a man's body hit the ground last night after he heard four gunshots. One of them even piercing his window as he was watching TV in the Woodlands Condos in Mays Landing.

"It was creepy. It was scary but you know what? I (said)...another young life snuffed out," he said.

Travis Thompson says the victim turned out to be his friend Marcus who he spotted at the crime scene.

"Didn't know it was him until we walked up and I was like...oh no," he said. "I know he had a little girl and I know his girlfriend is probably devastated too. My heart goes out to their family."

He says Marcus had another baby on the way. In fact, Travis says he played in a youth football league with Marcus 11 years ago.

This shooting comes days after 21-year-old Demond Cottman was killed and his brother wounded in a Black Friday shooting at the Hamilton Mall, which is very close to the Woodlands.

No official word on whether the two murders are connected but it's too close for neighbors.
