North Philly food market set on fire after ATM burglary, police release video

A North Philadelphia food store is boarded up and its owner is worried about making ends meet after a burglary and fire damaged his business. Surveillance footage from Miley Food Market on Ringgold Street captured three people breaking in, attacking an ATM with pickaxes and setting the store on fire.
