Man shot at Nicetown gas station; Parent sues over Kensington school move

A man was shot outside a Nicetown gas station overnight. His condition and the motive were not immediately known. Also: A parent is suing over Kensington High School’s temporary move to the former Austin Meehan Middle School because of asbestos issues. A judge denied a request to block the move but ordered the school district to file a safety report.
