Teen found safe after Philadelphia carjacking; region marks 25 years since 9/11
Here are the top headlines from Good Day Philadelphia this morning: Teen abducted in carjacking found safe: A 14-year-old is safe after a terrifying ordeal in North Philadelphia. Police say a pizza delivery driver left her car running with her teenage son inside on the 1700 block of West Clearfield Street when a suspect jumped in and took off. Following a police chase, the suspect was taken into custody and the teen was recovered safely. Honoring the lives lost on 9/11: Communities across the Delaware Valley and the nation paused to mark 25 years since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. In Bucks County, loved ones gathered at the Garden of Reflection to read the names of the 18 local victims. The region also remembered the heroism of Delaware County native Debbie Jacobs, the lead flight attendant on Flight 93 who helped alert passengers to the hijacking.
