Federal charges brought suspect in shooting of Philadelphia police officers

Federal charges have been filed against Eric Lewis, the alleged gunman accused of fatally shooting Philadelphia police Sergeant Shane Seiber and wounding another on Oct. 10. in West Philadelphia.
