Penn Wood High School students protest after district suspends all sports

The William Penn School District has indefinitely suspended all athletic activities, prompting a student walkout at Penn Wood High School. District officials cited student safety and well-being following an undisclosed incident and have appointed an outside investigator to review the sports programs. The abrupt decision forced the Penn Wood varsity football team to forfeit its upcoming game against Chichester.
