Nor'easter forecast: New Jersey, Delaware prepare for flooding, strong winds

New Jersey and Delaware beaches are preparing for a direct hit from a powerful nor'easter that will bring strong winds and flooding to shore towns. The coast isn't the only area that will get battered by the storm. FOX 29's Scott Williams has the latest forecast.
