Philadelphia weather: Rain on the way to break weeks-long dry streak

After patchy morning fog and a warm Wednesday, rain returns to the Philadelphia region on Thursday to break a dry streak dating back to mid-October. Showers will arrive during Thursday morning's commute and linger into early Friday before clearing out for a cooler, dry weekend with highs near 60 degrees.
