Frost advisory and offshore nor'easter set to hit region

A frost advisory is in effect for northern and western suburbs Monday morning as temperatures drop near freezing. While a developing nor'easter will bring wind and coastal flooding to South Jersey, high pressure will keep the region mostly dry with rising inland temperatures later in the week.
