The late night fire in which one person was found dead and two others were injured, including a firefighter, is now considered arson.

Homicide detectives are at the Kensington rowhome in the 1800 block of E. Clementine Street. Investigators from L&I, and even the ATF were there until early Tuesday morning.

Police say the body found inside was a 28-year-old, but they have not yet released a name.

One of the survivors had jumped from a second story window.

The firefighter was taken to another hospital for evaluation.

The fire broke out before 11 p.m. Monday.

Crews needed an hour to get the flames under control.
