FOUND: Philadelphia woman with dementia located

PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia Police have located a missing 75-year-old woman was reported missing on Monday.

Loretta Wisniewski was last seen at 4:30 p.m. Monday before she was reported missing.

Police say Loretta travels to the Oxford Valley mall every day via public transportation, and was located safely at the Franklin Mills Mall and has been reunited with family.
