PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A 24-year-old man has died after police say he was struck by a car in Philadelphia's Mayfair neighborhood.
The victim was struck as he crossed Roosevelt Boulevard near Bustleton Avenue just before 11 p.m.
Police say the 36-year-old driver remained on the scene and did not appear to be impaired. The driver told police he had a green light and the victim appeared out of nowhere.
The driver is continuing to cooperate with authorities.
