PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - PGW responded to calls for a foul odor in South Philadelphia and Center City Friday night.
Residents were reporting the smell around 10:00 p.m. Friday.
According to officials, natural gas was not the cause but instead, a sulfur addictive.
