CHESTER, Pa. (WTXF) - Chester Police arrest a man in connection with an alleged rape which occurred December 24.
Authorities say Shaquille Malik Tillmon attacked, stabbed and raped a woman walking through Deshong Park on Christmas Eve.
Crozer-Chester Medical Center officials called police when the woman told them somebody had dragged her into the woods by her hair and raped her.
Investigators identified Tillmon as a suspect.
He is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
