Philadelphia, PA (WTXF) - Two rookie Philadelphia police officers made sure a local boy didn't miss out on any outdoor holiday fun this year.
Officers Juliana Rote and Andriy Smerechanskyy purchased Mike a winter coat as an early Christmas present.
According to police, Mike didn't own a coat before.
The officers took matters into their own hands, and made sure Mike was warm enough to play outside with his friends.
