Man fatally shot by police after firing at officers serving arrest warrant in South Philadelphia, police say

Police fatally shot a man who they say opened fire on them when they arrived to serve an arrest warrant Tuesday night in South Philadelphia. No officers were injured in the exchange of gunfire, according to investigators.
