Lighter, Christmas tree started Fairmount rowhome fire that killed 12, authorities say

Authorities say they have determined with near certainty that a Christmas tree was the first item ignited in last week's fire that killed 12 in a Philadelphia rowhome. They also say they are nearly certain that it was set on fire with a lighter.
