Early nor'easter snowfall blankets parts of Camden County

A fresh blanket of snow covered parts of Camden County on Friday night as a nor'easter moved across the region. Gov. Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency ahead of the winter storm that could bring a foot or more of snow to parts of the region.
