Jonathan Morris case: Arrest made after missing NJ man found dead
Prosecutors on Tuesday charged Miguel Perez, 21, with murder and evidence tampering in the disappearance of 23-year-old Jonathan Morris. Perez is accused of fatally shooting Morris and dumping his body in Cumberland County on Jan. 28.
