Philadelphia police officers, city employees must be vaccinated against COVID, arbitrator rules

An arbitration panel ruled that all Philadelphia police officers and city employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19. Any employee that refuses to comply will undergo testing and must double mask until they are vaccinated.
